Union Minister Joshi Inquires About Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyans Health

New Delhi, May 19: Union Minister Pralhad Joshi reached out to Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan via phone to inquire about his health following recent surgery.

Due to the stress from continuous election campaigning and work, Pawan Kalyan underwent spinal surgery and has been advised to take rest.

On Tuesday morning, Pralhad Joshi personally called the Deputy Chief Minister to check on his recovery. He urged Pawan Kalyan to prioritize his health, stating that good health is wealth. He emphasized that by staying healthy, Kalyan would be able to serve the public more effectively. Joshi advised him to ensure adequate rest as per his doctors’ recommendations.

Additionally, Pralhad Joshi mentioned that he would pray for Pawan Kalyan’s swift recovery at the Tirupati Balaji Temple.

In a separate statement, Joshi criticized the Karnataka government for organizing a ‘Government Achievement Conference’ while the state’s citizens struggle with rising prices and economic hardships. He accused the Congress government of burdening the public with inflation and failing to deliver meaningful development in the state.

Joshi questioned the rationale behind holding an achievement conference amidst economic distress, labeling the Siddaramaiah-led government as one of the most irresponsible and financially bankrupt administrations in Karnataka’s history. He claimed that public funds are being misused for political events.

He pointed out that the Congress party came to power promising welfare schemes but has instead led to a continuous rise in the prices of essential services and goods over the past three years, leaving citizens financially strained.

Joshi remarked that while farmers, common citizens, and transport workers face difficulties, the government is preoccupied with celebrating its third anniversary. He questioned the purpose of such celebrations and whom the government is attempting to please, highlighting the millions wasted on these events.

Criticizing the Congress government’s welfare policies, he stated that the administration gives with one hand while taking away with the other, through increased prices and fees.
