You know that the first round has taken place, we are grateful to the Belarusian side for creating excellent conditions for negotiations,” Peskov told reporters Thursday, commenting on the idea of other countries mediating in the negotiations with Ukraine and providing a platform for them. The official added he has no doubt that the same conditions will be created by the Belarusian side this time as well. “But the place is secondary.
