Two sharpshooters held in double murder case

New Delhi, Mar 11 : Two sharpshooters allegedly involved in sensational double murder case in Gurugram were arrested from Delhi. The accused are active members of Kala Jatheri-Lawrance Bishnoi-Naresh Sethi gang. Delhi Police Special Cell arrested both, identified as Vikash Kant (21) and Hoshiyar (29) alias Rinku, from Delhi’s Dwarka area. The accused were allegedly involved in sensational double murder case of two siblings, Paramjit and Surjit, committed in Khor Village in Gurugram on February 25. A case under sections 149/148/302/120-B IPC, 25/27 Arms Act, was registered at Pataudi Police Station, Haryana’s Gurugram district. During the preliminary investigation, it came to notice that both the deceased siblings were allegedly close associates of jailed gangster Kaushal and they had rivalry with one Ajay Jaildar of their own village who was being supported by Kala Jatheri-Naresh Sethi and GoldyBrar gang. It also came to surface that the incident was got carried out by Kala Jatheri-Lawrence Bishnoi-Naresh Sethi and Goldy Brar Gang over the issue of establishing of supremacy in liquor business in Delhi-NCR area, said Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Delhi Police’s Special Cell. During the investigation, police received information regarding movement of shooters above said gang in Dwarka area. The team acted swiftly on these inputs and both were apprehended, said DCP. Accordingly, a case under sections 25/54/59 Arms Act was registered at Special Cell Police Station on Friday and took over the investigation in this matter. The accused were thoroughly interrogated during which it came to notice that the entire criminal plot of double murder was allegedly designed and executed by Ajay Jaildar who got logistics, weaponry and manpower support from Kala Jathedi-Lawrence Bishnoi-Naresh Sethi and Goldy Brar gang, said DCP.
