New Delhi, April 19 : Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Tuesday said he met on Home Minister Amit Shah and discussed a wide range of issues including Bru rehabilitation in the state. “It was an honour to meet with Hon’ble Home Minister, Amit Shahji. Apprised him about the development of Bru rehabilitation in Tripura,” he tweeted. Deb, who called on Shah in the national capital, said he apprised the Home Minister about the obstacles being faced in the opening of Sainik school in the state. Among other things, Deb said, the land issue of Assam Rifles was also discussed. He said the on Minister assured all help from the Centre and expressed his gratitude to Shah for Centre’s continuous support to the BJP-ruled state. DS ING
