Third China-Europe Scientific Forum Kicks Off in Frankfurt
The Third China-Europe Scientific Forum in Frankfurt focused on AI, carbon neutrality, and fostering collaboration between scientists from both regions.

Frankfurt, November 1 (Daily Kiran) : The Third China-Europe Scientific Forum commenced on October 30 in Frankfurt, Germany. This event brought together scientists, scholars, and industry representatives from China and various European nations. Participants exchanged ideas on modern technological fields, including artificial intelligence (AI), carbon neutrality, and new energy. The discussions also explored the potential for scientific and technological innovation and industrial collaboration between China and Europe.
The theme for this year’s forum is “The Convergence of Intelligence between China and Europe: A New Beginning for the Future.” Hamid Reza Karimi, president of the organizing committee and a member of the European Academy of Sciences, emphasized that the world faces complex challenges such as technological changes, public health, sustainable energy development, and environmental protection. He noted that no single country or entity can address these issues alone.
Karimi expressed hope that the forum would enhance joint research projects, institutional partnerships, talent exchange, and long-term collaboration between scientists from both regions.
According to the organizers, the forum included eight parallel sessions covering topics such as artificial intelligence, clinical medicine, carbon neutrality, new energy, robotics, complex systems, smart cities, and building design. Additionally, there were a total of 70 presentations on academic and specialized subjects.
The primary goal of the China-Europe Scientific Forum is to strengthen academic exchange and scientific collaboration between the two sides. It also aims to promote cooperation and synergy among high-level talents and innovation-related companies.
