Patna, March 19: Tejashwi Yadav, the National Executive President of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly, delivered a message to the people of the state on the first day of Chaitra Navratri. He extended his wishes for the festival, hoping that Goddess Durga blesses everyone with wealth, prosperity, health, and abundance.
In his message, he emphasized that Goddess Durga symbolizes the victory of good over evil. Whenever the demons of arrogance, falsehood, injustice, and chaos become powerful, Goddess Durga manifests to restore justice. The current situation in Bihar mirrors this need for the strength of mothers to eradicate demonic thinking.
He further stated, “The innocent people of Bihar are currently facing deception, betrayal, and exploitation through injustice and falsehood. This demonic mindset believes it is invincible, but the blessings of the mother will not only annihilate this thinking from Bihar but also pave the way for a state where justice, truth, righteousness, non-violence, and equality prevail.”
Tejashwi Yadav also highlighted the plight of daughters in Bihar, noting the rampant violence and extreme corruption in every department. The promises made to the people seem to have vanished, and Bihar ranks lowest on all development metrics. He urged everyone to pray, “O Mother Durga, guide Bihar through this challenging time towards a new path of development.”
