During this meeting, key issues such as AI partnerships, increasing investments, and strengthening supply chains were addressed. These discussions are viewed as crucial steps toward deepening bilateral economic relations.

Gore shared insights on social media platform ‘X’, stating, “I had a productive meeting with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick regarding the America-India commercial roadmap. We discussed a new MOU that connects India’s AI scale with the U.S. AI ecosystem, India’s strong participation in the upcoming Select USA Summit, and enhancing Indian pharma investments in the U.S. to boost competition and strengthen supply chains.”

Currently in the U.S., Gore is participating in several meetings and will attend a dinner at the White House.

Earlier, Gore highlighted the expansion of cooperation following meetings with senior U.S. officials, including FBI Director Kash Patel. These discussions focused on addressing cross-border threats, cybercrime, drug trafficking, and illegal networks.

After a meeting with Vice President JD Vance, Gore emphasized the political aspects of the relationship. He remarked, “I just concluded a wonderful meeting with the Vice President. Thank you for his continued leadership and attention to U.S.-India relations.”

He noted, “The White House is fully engaged in this region under President Trump’s leadership,” pointing to ongoing U.S. focus on the Indo-Pacific region and India’s role within it.

Diplomatic efforts also included a meeting between Gore and India’s Ambassador to the U.S., Vinay Mohan Kwatra, showcasing close coordination between both sides. Gore expressed, “It’s always a pleasure to meet my friend Kwatra. He deeply cares about the depth of our strategic relations.”

Kwatra described this conversation as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between the two democracies.
