Dharamshala, March 29: Dattatreya Hosabale, the General Secretary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), stated on Saturday that various religious conferences, including Dharma and Hindu conventions, are being organized across the country. The aim is to raise awareness about the true meaning and duties of religion while uniting people.
Speaking to reporters in Dharamshala, Hosabale said, “These events are organized to strengthen the spirit of unity and mutual cooperation in society. Those engaged in spiritual practices and social service are participating in these conferences to promote national service and mutual unity.”
He emphasized that the RSS has outlined paths for societal transformation, urging everyone to work together in mutual cooperation. “Our goal is for every individual, as a child of Mother India, to fulfill their duties. We want unity in society and for people to advance with a commitment to work for the nation,” he added.
Hosabale acknowledged the numerous challenges and crises facing the country but noted that the government is continuously striving to improve the nation’s condition. He remarked, “The primary purpose of these religious conferences is to collectively overcome all challenges and strengthen the country.”
The RSS General Secretary stressed that these conferences promote positive thinking, brotherhood, and patriotism within society. He urged those active in the spiritual realm to also play a significant role in social service and nation-building.
Hosabale clarified that the RSS does not promote any form of division or hatred but rather aims to unite society and dedicate everyone to national service. He pointed out that Hindu conferences, self-religion conferences, and religious gatherings are not limited to religious discussions; they also delve deeply into social unity, moral values, and nation-building.
