Mumbai, September 28 (Daily Kiran) : Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Anand Dubey has addressed several pressing issues, including the theft of donations intended for the Ram Temple, the death of an IIT Bombay student, and an alleged attack on Delhi Minister Pravesh Verma, urging for impartial investigations into each matter.
Speaking about the Ram Temple donation theft, Dubey stated, “This case has come to light for the entire world to see. CCTV footage has revealed evidence, and numerous witnesses are stepping forward. What Madan has said is true; people have been committing thefts. A thorough investigation is necessary, and action must be taken. The guilty should be punished. This is our demand, the demand of Sanatanis, and the entire Hindu community.”
On the topic of terrorism, Dubey endorsed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s zero-tolerance policy, declaring, “Terrorism has become a global disease. India has suffered greatly. Since independence, Pakistan has consistently attempted to escalate terrorist activities within our borders. The Prime Minister and the Home Minister are focused on eradicating terrorism. We believe our armed forces are vigilant and ready. When given the order, they will respond decisively to Pakistan, breaking its back. Over time, we will surely achieve victory over this issue.”
Addressing the incident involving Minister Pravesh Verma, who was seen slapping a young man, Dubey remarked, “In a democracy, serving the people and addressing their concerns is the duty of politicians. The video shows Verma, who oversees the road department, responding to questions about poor road conditions with violence. Can citizens not question their ministers? While asking questions is a right, resorting to violence is unacceptable. It is unfortunate that even with a strong BJP government in Delhi, such incidents occur.”
Regarding the death of the IIT Bombay student, Dubey expressed, “The family may resort to hunger strikes, but we cannot ascertain the truth until the police report is released. There are various opinions circulating, and I believe we should wait for more information.”
