Sanjay Raut Accuses Election Commission of Manipulation and Vote Theft
Sanjay Raut alleges election manipulation by the Election Commission, calling for action against the Chief Election Commissioner.

Mumbai, September 27 (Daily Kiran) : Sanjay Raut, a prominent member of the Shiv Sena (UBT), has made serious allegations against the Election Commission and its Chief Election Commissioner, Gyanesh Kumar. During a press conference in Mumbai, Raut claimed that the commission is involved in match-fixing and vote theft, asserting that the entire electoral process is being manipulated as part of a conspiracy.
He stated, “The Election Commission has been used as a weapon during elections. Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders have repeatedly expressed their concerns regarding the electoral process. However, merely raising issues is no longer sufficient. We will not only raise concerns; we will demand the removal of Gyanesh Kumar.”
Raut emphasized that the mere act of the three election commissioners posing for photographs together is not enough. He indicated that the opposition will continue to question the commission’s operations and decisions.
Referring to West Bengal, Raut alleged that the elections there were also stolen. He mentioned that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is facing ongoing harassment, and if she wishes to unite everyone to fight back, his party will support her.
He further claimed that efforts have been made to undermine Banerjee’s party, a fact that he believes is widely recognized.
Looking ahead to a planned protest on October 4, Raut announced that Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray will lead an initiative against the Election Commission. He asserted that a significant march will take place, drawing a large crowd. Additionally, a movement led by the Cockroach People’s Party (CJP) is set for October 2, with Shiv Sena pledging its support.
Raut also mentioned that all leaders will attend a meeting of the India Bloc on September 30. For those unable to travel to Delhi, arrangements for video conferencing will be made to ensure their participation.
