Samantha Ruth Prabhu Shares Her Power Morning Routine for a Productive Day

New Delhi, April 1: In today’s fast-paced world, many people adopt various methods for fitness, skincare, and mental peace, often overlooking small habits. Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has shared her ‘Power Morning’ routine, highlighting how starting the day right can positively impact both the body and mind.

Samantha posted a video on her Instagram, explaining that she has tried numerous morning routines but eventually discovered a simple method that proved most effective for her. She named it the ‘Power Morning.’

She stated, “If the morning starts right, everything else falls into place. Your energy naturally improves.”

In the video, Samantha noted that many people struggle with issues like stubborn belly fat, skin problems, or puffy faces in the morning, despite doing everything right. A major reason for this could be an improper morning routine. Therefore, she emphasized the importance of focusing on morning habits.

Samantha specifically discussed the stress hormone cortisol, saying, “Cortisol levels are naturally high upon waking. However, if we immediately check our phones, news, or work, it increases stress levels, leading to decreased focus throughout the day.”

Detailing her routine, Samantha shared her first rule: avoid using your phone for the first hour after waking up. Instead, spend a few minutes in silence, taking deep breaths. This signals to the brain that you are safe, allowing the body to function better and positively affecting health.

Additionally, she mentioned that getting sunlight on your face within 10 minutes of waking is beneficial. Coupling this with a healthy drink and a balanced breakfast helps maintain blood sugar levels.

In the video’s caption, Samantha wrote, “It took me several years to establish this routine, but its impact on my life has been profound. Try to follow this routine for 21 days. It may be challenging at first, but if you persist, you’ll see how much you can transform your life.”
