Ayodhya, October 4 (Daily Kiran) : Saints in Ayodhya have responded to the proposed visit of Akhilesh Yadav, the national president of the Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Jagatguru Paramhans Acharya, head of the Tapasvi Chhauni, and Devesh Acharya, priest of Hanumangarhi, have both commented on the significance of Yadav visiting the Ram Temple.
Paramhans Acharya expressed that Yadav’s arrival in the sacred birthplace of Lord Ram is welcome news. He hopes that Yadav will take the opportunity to seek blessings from Ram Lalla at the temple.
The Acharya also referenced recent allegations of financial irregularities related to the Ram Temple, noting that Yadav had previously posted about these issues on social media. He remarked, “When asked how he received this information, he claimed it was revealed to him by Lord Ram. If that is the case, he should at least visit the temple to pay his respects.”
He warned that if Yadav does not visit, it could suggest that he harbors intentions to undermine the Sanatan Dharma.
Echoing these sentiments, Devesh Acharya expressed joy over Yadav’s visit. He stated, “It is our heartfelt wish that he comes to Ayodhya with his family to seek the blessings of Lord Ram Lalla.” He emphasized that this visit is not merely a political event but a religious occasion, urging Yadav to bow before Lord Ram and seek forgiveness for not visiting sooner. He cautioned that failing to do so could reinforce the negative perceptions associated with Yadav and his party regarding Hindu beliefs and deities.
The anticipation surrounding Yadav’s visit underscores the ongoing dialogue about faith and politics in India, particularly in a city as significant as Ayodhya.
