Huzhou, September 23 (Daily Kiran) : The Rural Tourism Conference, themed “Promoting Consumption through Rural Cultural Tourism,” commenced on September 22 in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. Organized under the auspices of China Media Group (CMG) and the China Tourism Association, the event aims to highlight the importance of rural revitalization.
Ma Shufeng, a member of CMG’s editorial board, emphasized the organization’s commitment to rural development. She noted that CMG plays a crucial role in facilitating the conference, which is a significant step towards enhancing high-quality growth in rural tourism.
During the event, a media observation report focusing on new experiences in rural areas was launched. Additionally, an initiative to select 100 of the most beautiful villages was introduced. CMG presented a series of plans aimed at benefiting the public and promoting rural tourism across various sectors.
On the same day, research and exchange activities related to rural cultural tourism also kicked off at five locations in Huzhou as part of the conference.
