Rohini Acharya to Contest Elections from Chapra, Promises Full Support from Sadhu Yadav

Chapra, October 5 (Daily Kiran) : Former MP Sadhu Yadav has made a significant announcement regarding Rohini Acharya’s political future after meeting her recently. He confirmed that she will contest the upcoming elections from Chapra, asserting that she will receive full support this time around. Yadav emphasized that past issues leading to a split in votes contributed to her previous defeat.

During the meeting, which Yadav described as purely familial, Acharya visited after returning from Singapore, expressing a desire to share a meal with the family. The conversation remained personal, with no political discussions taking place.

Yadav praised Acharya’s qualifications, noting her education and expertise as a doctor. He argued that her prior experience in running for office should not sideline her from politics. He is committed to ensuring her success in the upcoming elections, stating that previous electoral losses were due to mismanagement and vote splitting among party members.

Reflecting on his contributions to the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Yadav mentioned his significant role in its formation and expressed concerns over internal disputes that have weakened both the party and family. He urged unity to face future political challenges.

Regarding Tejashwi Yadav, he expressed hope for his rise to higher office, including the position of Prime Minister. However, he cautioned about the influence of certain advisors surrounding Tejashwi, stressing the importance of connecting with the people of Bihar.

Yadav criticized the actions of some individuals he believes are trying to create rifts within the family and the party. He likened the situation to a tree being weakened by the continual cutting of its branches, warning against attempts to undermine family unity.

When questioned about past controversies involving Acharya’s social media posts, Yadav advocated for moving forward, recognizing her contributions to her father’s health as significant and deserving respect.

He clarified that his relationship with Tejashwi remains intact, having seen him at the assembly, and highlighted his willingness to support the family during health crises.

On rumors of Tej Pratap Yadav stepping away from politics, Yadav dismissed these claims, stating that participation in events does not equate to leaving politics. He reiterated the importance of family unity and the necessity for Acharya’s political ambitions to be supported wholeheartedly.

Acharya’s visit, Yadav reiterated, was strictly a family affair, emphasizing her right to stay as long as she wishes with her family.
