Rising Inflation Pressures Trade Deals, Says Jitu Patwari

Bhopal, March 10: Jitu Patwari, the head of the Madhya Pradesh Congress, criticized the BJP, stating that many within the party have likely felt humiliated. He pointed out that these are the same individuals who once spoke of untouchability. A look into their past reveals their opposition to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Patwari emphasized that their comments against the Constitution are available on social media. He claimed that the BJP’s ideology has tarnished the country’s democracy.

Patwari expressed confidence in the judicial system, announcing that they will approach the Supreme Court and are certain Mukesh Malhotra will be re-elected. He asserted that Congress will emerge victorious. The BJP’s true nature has been revealed to the people of the state. He noted that inflation is affecting the country due to global conflicts, leading to pressured trade deals. Farmers are struggling, with prices for soybean, cotton, and corn dropping by 40%. LPG prices have surged by ₹60, and petrol and diesel prices may reach ₹200.

He stated that while concerns about rising crude oil prices exist, there should not be a tribal representative in power. He urged the citizens of the state to recognize the BJP’s actions. Patwari reiterated that they will not back down and will confront undemocratic forces with confidence and determination. He remarked that if corruption is evident, one should observe the condition of BJP workers.

Patwari accused BJP workers of living lavishly, driving luxury vehicles like Scorpios and Fortuners. He questioned whether inflation has impacted their lives. He urged the residents to compare the current status of local BJP leaders, whether they are block presidents, councilors, or legislators, with their situations from ten years ago.
