Mumbai, April 16: Actress Rashmika Mandanna is set to appear in her upcoming film ‘Cocktail-2’, where she plays a character named Diya. Recently, the new song ‘Jab Talak’ was released, showcasing a lively beat with Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kriti Sanon dancing by the seaside.
On Thursday, Rashmika shared a behind-the-scenes video of the song ‘Jab Talak’ on her Instagram. In the video, she is seen having a great time with her co-stars Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. Rashmika mentioned that the song was filmed in Sicily, Italy.
During the shoot, the three actors often broke into spontaneous dance and shared laughter over little things. Rashmika described the experience as truly memorable. In her post, she wrote, “A page from Diya’s diary: We shot the song ‘Jab Talak’ in Sicily, and everything was fun. Dancing between shots, having a good time, laughing at small things, and still managing to shoot in style.”
Regarding her character, she noted, “Diya is living her best moments in life, and when you watch the film, you’ll understand why there was so much fun and even more dancing.”
Rashmika also expressed her appreciation for her dance partners, Kriti and Shahid, saying, “Eli and Kunal are truly partners in dance and mischief. I don’t think Diya, Kunal, and Eli were serious for even a moment, even when they needed to be.”
She concluded with, “You guys are crazy, and I love that craziness about you. I love you all so much. ‘Cocktail-2’ will be released in theaters worldwide on June 19.”
