A crucial review meeting was held at the airport auditorium, chaired by Bhanu Chandra Goswami, the Divisional Commissioner of Meerut. During the meeting, the District Magistrate of Gautam Buddh Nagar presented a progress report via PowerPoint. The Divisional Commissioner conducted a thorough review of the arrangements for the stage, inauguration site, and rally area. He directed officials to ensure that all arrangements meet high standards and are completed on time. Special emphasis was placed on security, parking, CCTV monitoring, VIP and VVIP movement, shuttle bus services, and the invitation process.

The Commissioner also instructed that high-quality video and photo content showcasing the state’s tourism potential, cultural heritage, natural beauty, and One District One Product (ODOP) initiatives be displayed on LED screens at the event site. Additionally, he called for extensive media coverage and the creation of an engaging short film to effectively highlight the grandeur of the event.

He stressed the importance of strict adherence to protocol, stating that clear signage should be installed at the rally site, parking areas, and major routes, including information on parking numbers, route plans, gate numbers, control rooms, and medical camps.
