PM Modi recalls ‘social justice’ on Easter

New Delhi, April 17 : Extending greetings to the countrymen on the occasion of Easter, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday recalled Jesus Christ and His emphasis on ‘social justice’. “Happy Easter ! We recall the thoughts and ideals of Jesus Christ and the emphasis on social justice as well as compassion. May the spirit of joy and brotherhood be furthered in our society,” the Prime Minister wrote on Twitter. Recently, while addressing virtually after dedicating the KK Patel Super Speciality Hospital in Bhuj, Gujarat, the Prime Minister said that better healthcare facilities are not just limited to the treatment, they also encourage “social justice”. The BJP is also celebrating “Social Justice Fortnight” or Samajik Adhikar Pakhwada from April 7 to April 20 across the country in which prominent leaders are reaching out to masses in their constituencies to establish direct contact and dialogue with them.
