New Delhi, August 28: The festival of Raksha Bandhan is being celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country today. On this auspicious occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with the Speaker of the Lok Sabha and other central ministers, has extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the citizens.
