Patna, May 11: Bihar BJP President Sanjay Sarawagi commented on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s participation in the Somnath Amrit Mahotsav, marking the 75th anniversary of the Somnath Temple’s reconstruction. He noted that various events are being held at Shiva temples across the country.
Sanjay Sarawagi emphasized that Prime Minister Modi is actively promoting Sanatan culture, which fills the nation with pride. He criticized the Congress government for allegedly destroying symbols of Sanatan culture and failing to support it during their tenure.
Regarding the ongoing conflict in the Gulf, Sarawagi referenced PM Modi’s message about the war between the US-Israel and Iran, which has led to difficulties in petroleum supplies. Modi has urged citizens to work from home, refrain from purchasing gold, and minimize petroleum usage, which he deemed a positive initiative.
On Himanta Biswa Sarma’s swearing-in, he declared it a significant day as the BJP has regained power in Assam, securing over 100 seats in the NDA. He extended his best wishes to Sarma, expressing confidence that Assam will see further development under his leadership.
Discussing the inauguration of a road over the Mandiri Nala in Patna, Sarawagi highlighted the area’s previous dire conditions. He stated that the government has constructed the road and a drain alongside it, naming it after a senior BJP leader.
Sanjay Sarawagi also targeted Tejashwi Yadav, suggesting he should speak up. He contrasted the current government’s actions against crime with the alleged protection criminals received during Yadav’s father’s administration. He assured that the government is committed to eradicating crime, with visible results from their efforts.
