Oslo, May 19: Norway’s Foreign Minister, Espen Barth Eide, has hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a popular and influential leader. He emphasized that Modi has played a crucial role in establishing India’s strong presence on the global stage.
Eide described Modi’s recent visit to Oslo as both successful and highly beneficial. He acknowledged that the world has yet to meet the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement, but the situation has improved as countries now recognize the need for green growth.
