
Bhubaneswar, May 18: Preparations are underway in Bhubaneswar for a grand welcome of Nitin Naveen, the National President of the BJP. His visit comes just before the Panchayat elections and is expected to energize party workers. BJP leader Sudipta Ray shared his thoughts on the upcoming visit.
Sudipta Ray stated in an interview that there is significant enthusiasm across Odisha due to Nitin Naveen’s visit. He is the youngest president of the BJP and will seek blessings from Lord Jagannath. Ray mentioned that the program is being conducted in a simple manner, following Prime Minister Modi’s appeal. They welcomed Naveen yesterday, and today, a core team meeting will take place at the party office.
Ray emphasized that this visit highlights the importance the National President places on the organization. He believes it will greatly benefit the party in the upcoming Panchayat elections, focusing on workers, booths, Panchayats, and Mandals. He assured that the organization in Odisha will be strengthened.
BJP leader Pratap Sarangi expressed excitement among party workers regarding Nitin Naveen’s first visit to Odisha, which will enhance coordination at the grassroots level. He noted that the BJP President will inspire workers during the meetings, and they hope that this motivation will lead to increased public service by the party members.
On May 17, Nitin Naveen posted on ‘X’, stating, “From today, I will be in the holy land of Mahaprabhu Jagannath. Over the next two days, I will participate in a ‘District Training Class’ in Bhubaneswar and hold organizational meetings with our dedicated party workers. I am looking forward to it.”
The purpose of his visit is to strengthen the party’s organizational structure and invigorate grassroots workers across the state. Party leaders believe this visit will provide new momentum to the BJP’s organizational activities in Odisha and enhance coordination between party leadership and grassroots workers ahead of upcoming political and developmental initiatives.
