Visakhapatnam, August 18: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the BJP, addressed the state executive meeting in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He emphasized that the opposition is attempting to promote anti-social elements.
Nitin Naveen stated, “The Bharatiya Janata Party is not just about power; it is about ideology. We consider ideas to be our strength. We connect our journey of ideas, penance, and sacrifice with the mission of putting the nation first. Under the leadership of PM Modi, we are working to realize the dream of a ‘developed India,’ embodying the nationalism of Syama Prasad Mukherjee, the philosophy of Antyodaya by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, and the governance principles of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.”
He highlighted the BJP’s achievements in Andhra Pradesh, noting, “In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the NDA alliance secured 21 out of 25 Lok Sabha seats and 164 out of 175 assembly seats. These victories challenge us to strive harder. Our alliance with the Telugu Desam Party and Jana Sena, led by Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan, is driving development projects forward.”
While addressing the executive, Nitin Naveen called on party members to engage in direct communication with the public about government schemes, achievements, and party programs. He stressed that maintaining dialogue and connections with the public is crucial for the continuous development of both India and the BJP.
He also pointed out the current political climate, stating, “We must be aware of the opposition’s mindset, which seeks to promote anti-social elements in the country. The behavior of the opposition in Parliament and the disrespect shown by Congress leaders on August 15 has insulted our democracy. While BJP workers are known for their decorum and values, we must respond firmly yet respectfully to the derogatory remarks made by the Leader of the Opposition against PM Modi.”
Nitin Naveen affirmed, “Under PM Modi’s leadership, India is progressing in every sector. Currently, over ₹8 lakh crores are being invested in infrastructure projects. In the coming years, PM Modi’s vision is to not only develop world-class infrastructure but also establish India as a global manufacturing hub.”
He noted that Andhra Pradesh is a unique state leading the nation in development. “It is our collective effort, and we must continue to advance it. Through ongoing dialogue and engagement with the people, we can ensure that government schemes reach every citizen.”
Nitin Naveen shared on social media, “In Visakhapatnam, I met with state president P.V.N. Madhav, state officials, district presidents, and district in-charges. The main aim of this discussion was to strengthen the organization and ensure better coordination and public outreach across the state.”
He added, “Today, I hoisted the party flag in Visakhapatnam. The flag symbolizes each worker’s unwavering commitment to the organization. It reminds us of our collective responsibility to uphold the party’s ideals and values while tirelessly working towards a ‘developed India’ with dedication, discipline, and a spirit of service.”
On Tuesday morning, the BJP National President visited the Shri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Simhachalam for blessings and worship.
He concluded his post with a prayer, “Ugram Veeram Mahavishnum Jvalantam Sarvatomukhm. Nrisimham Bhishanam Bhadram Mrityormrityum Namamyaham. Today, I performed the rituals for the divine incarnation of Lord Vishnu in the form of Varaha-Narasimha at the renowned Shri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Visakhapatnam, seeking blessings for the prosperity and welfare of the nation.”
