New Delhi, April 7: Amid escalating tensions between Israel and Iran, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized that “faith and strength” are key to change. He stated that today’s Iran is not what it used to be; it has weakened, while Israel has emerged stronger than ever.
Netanyahu referenced a recent conversation with American President Donald Trump, praising the courageous rescue operation of an American aircrew member and highlighting Israel’s significant role in the mission.
According to Netanyahu, Israel is no longer limited to defense; it is actively working on a strategy to systematically weaken Iran’s economic and military capabilities.
In a post on the social media platform X, Netanyahu stated, “I spoke again with my friend, President Donald Trump. I expressed my deep appreciation for the courageous rescue operation to save that American aircrew member; and President Trump also thanked me for Israel’s assistance in this mission.”
Netanyahu further remarked, “Iran is no longer the Iran it once was, and Israel is no longer the Israel it used to be. Israel is much stronger now, and the Iranian regime is significantly weaker. What is the key to this? The secret? Faith and strength. We possess both in abundance.”
In another post, the Israeli Prime Minister noted, “We have destroyed Iran’s largest petrochemical plant. This means we are systematically dismantling the IRGC’s ‘money machine.’ We are destroying factories, eliminating operatives, and continuously targeting their senior officials.”
He also expressed sorrow over the deaths of four individuals in a ballistic missile attack in northern Israel. He urged citizens to remain vigilant and adhere to security instructions.
Netanyahu shared his condolences on social media, stating, “I spoke with Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav and expressed my deep sorrow over the tragic incident that claimed four lives in Haifa. Yona Yahav made some requests, and I immediately instructed my office’s Director General to make every possible effort to provide assistance to the families and the municipality.”
Tensions remain high following the missile attack, which the government claims was aimed at residential areas by the Iranian regime and its supporters.
