Mika Singh Gifts Grand Piano to Amitabh Bachchan, Who Admits He Cant Play

Mumbai, October 16 (Daily Kiran) : Megastar Amitabh Bachchan recently shared an entertaining anecdote involving singer Mika Singh during an episode of the reality show “Kaun Banega Crorepati.” He revealed that Singh once sent a large grand piano to his home, despite Bachchan admitting he does not know how to play the instrument.
Bachchan explained that he has kept the piano as a decorative piece. Whenever musicians visit his home, he proudly tells them that the piano was a gift from Mika Singh. This amusing story came to light during a special Navratri episode of the show’s 18th season, featuring both Singh and singer Falguni Pathak.
During the festive celebrations, Bachchan expressed his admiration for Singh’s unique voice. He noted, “Mika has some wonderful habits. Your voice is truly distinctive. Jaya recognized your talent and told me about you. Daler also sings, but your voice has a special charm.”
Bachchan continued, sharing that Mika often sends him various gifts, including the grand piano, which was delivered in a large vehicle. “They are so generous that they keep sending us things. This piano is enormous, almost twice the size of a regular one. But I don’t know how to play it. I just have it as decoration in my home,” he said.
He added, “Whenever a musician comes over, I tell them that this piano was sent by Mika Singh. It gives me a different kind of joy.”
“Kaun Banega Crorepati” Season 18 airs on Sony Entertainment Television. The special Navratri episode promises to bring a festive musical atmosphere with the presence of Falguni Pathak and Mika Singh.
