Lucknow, March 15 : Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati paid floral tributes to the party founder Kanshi Ram on his birth anniversary on Tuesday. At an event here at BSP’s state office Mayawati, in the presence of other party office-bearers, offered flowers on the statue of Kanshi Ram. Speaking on the occasion, she said, “The historical struggle and contribution of Kanshi Ram towards Bahujan movement of self-respect and esteem can never be forgotten, instead it will remain a source of inspiration and the struggle full journey of the caravan of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar, despite ups and downs, will continue.” AB GK
