Kolhapur, April 16 : Counting of votes began at 0800 hours this morning for Kolhapur-North assembly constituency by-election, at government godown near Rajaram tank at Sarnobatwadi near Shivaji versity Kolhapur. There will be 26 rounds of counting, After third round, the Congress candidate Jayshree Jadhav was leading by 7,645 votes over his nearest rival BJP candidate Satyajeet alias Nana Kadam, an official sources said.
