Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav Takes Immediate Action, Removes Collector and SP

New Delhi, March 22: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav conducted an unexpected inspection at the Sidhi district headquarters on Sunday. During this visit, he ordered the immediate removal of the Sidhi Collector and the Guna Superintendent of Police.

In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, CM Yadav stated that the inspection was based on complaints from the public and representatives, along with a detailed review and feedback from the district administration and various departments. He directed the immediate removal of District Collector Swaroopchit Somvanshi.

Additionally, he instructed the suspension of PS Dhanwal, the General Manager of the District Cooperative Bank. Yadav emphasized that officials must work with accountability, which comes with their appointments.

In another post on ‘X’, CM Yadav addressed the role of the Guna district police superintendent in a case involving seized cash, stating that it was not deemed satisfactory. He ordered the immediate removal of Guna SP Ankit Soni. The Chief Minister asserted that administrative laxity, negligence, or irregularities at any level would not be tolerated. Accountability will be ensured, and strict action against the guilty will continue.

Previously, CM Mohan Yadav congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on establishing a record for the longest tenure as a head of state in India. He praised the unprecedented achievement, which reflects immense public support.

Yadav further stated that under the vision of a ‘Developed India’, the country’s reputation has grown in every field, from welfare of the poor to the global stage. He expressed his hopes that under Modi’s visionary leadership, India continues on the path of progress, prosperity, and glory.
