Bengaluru, April 18: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) set a target of 176 runs for Delhi Capitals (DC) in the 26th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026, held at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday. RCB aims to secure a win to climb to the top of the points table.

After losing the toss, RCB batted first and scored 175 runs, losing 8 wickets in the process. The innings began strongly with Virat Kohli and Philip Salt, who formed a partnership of 52 runs in just 5.1 overs.

Kohli scored 19 runs off 13 balls, hitting 3 sixes before being dismissed. Following his exit, Salt partnered with Devdutt Padikkal to add 47 runs for the second wicket in 29 balls, bringing the team closer to a century. Padikkal contributed 18 runs off 13 balls before returning to the pavilion.
