India’s Remarkable Progress Under PM Modi, Says Haryana Energy Minister Anil Vij

Mumbai, May 23: Haryana’s Energy Minister Anil Vij stated on Saturday that India has made significant progress under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He noted that when Modi first took office, India’s economy ranked 14th globally, but it has now ascended to the 3rd position.

Vij was addressing the annual function at Musaddi Lal Arya Girls High School in Ambala Cantonment. He emphasized that Modi has committed to transforming India into a developed nation by 2047, and the country is rapidly moving in that direction.

The Energy Minister highlighted that education is regarded as the highest service among all sectors. He pointed out the stark difference between ancient Gurukuls and modern schools. While contemporary schools focus on literacy and education, Gurukuls also impart moral and cultural values.

He stated that educational institutions play a crucial role in shaping children into better individuals, preparing them to face future challenges. Vij expressed respect for those working in educational institutions.

He also mentioned that educating daughters is one of the greatest services to society, praising the school for providing quality education to girls. He asserted that there is no greater virtue than this.

During the event, he applauded the cultural programs presented by the students.

Vij described himself as the ‘watchman’ of the public, stating that the support provided by the government is essentially the trust and funds of the people. He noted that significant development projects in Ambala Cantonment have been made possible through public cooperation and blessings.

He also announced that a national martyr’s memorial dedicated to the First War of Independence in 1857 is being constructed in Ambala Cantonment. Anil Vij mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate this memorial soon.
