The tour began on April 13 with a tough match where Navneet Kaur (22’) and Annu (29’) scored for India. However, Argentina won the match 4-2, with goals from Maria Emilia Larsen (11’), Victoria Granato (18’), and Julieta Jankunas (42’, 55’). Despite the loss, India showcased aggressive play throughout the match.
In the second match on April 14, Ishika (22’) gave India an early lead, but the host team secured a close 2-1 victory. Agustina Gorzelani (34’, 48’) scored both goals for Argentina.
On April 16, India regained their momentum, winning the third match 2-1 and keeping their series hopes alive.
