New Delhi, March 31 : India registered 1,225 new Covid-19 cases, taking the total tally to 4,30,24,440, as per the on Health Ministry data on Thursday. Total 28 deaths were reported, taking the total fatality count to 5,21,129. Active cases currently stand at 14,307, which now comprise 0.03 per cent of the total infections, while the national Covid-19 recovery rate has decreased to 98.76 per cent. The recovery tally rose to 4,24,89,004 as 1,594 patients recovered from the disease . According to the bulletin, 78.91 crore tests for Covid-19 have been done so far. In the last 24 hours, a total of 6,07 987 tests have been conducted. “India has administered 184.06 crore doses of Covid-19 vaccine so far under the ongoing nationwide vaccination drive,” the Ministry data said.
