The Core Commanders are sitting across the table after a gap of one and half month to discuss the border situation.
However, in the backdrop of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation in Moscow and High powered China Study group meetings recently, along with the core Commander, the Joint Secretary from external affairs is also joining in Monday’s meeting at Moldo.
This is a significant development as far as the talks between India and China to arrive into certain implementable decisions to restore the peace and tranquility in the region.
Talks began at 10 on Monday morning following the military and the Covid-19 protocols.
