Father of Twisha Sharma Questions CBI Investigation Report, Claims Tampering with Autopsy Findings

Ajmer, August 26: In the Twisha Sharma death case, her father, Navnidhi Sharma, has raised serious concerns regarding the CBI investigation report. He outright rejects the notion of suicide, labeling it a premeditated murder. He alleges that the initial report from AIIMS was concealed and that the second autopsy report has been tampered with to portray the incident as a suicide.

Navnidhi Sharma stated that the CBI has overlooked crucial evidence and has proceeded with the investigation solely based on the AIIMS report, which he finds unsatisfactory.

He asserted, “We completely reject the claim that this is a suicide. This is a case of planned murder, which AIIMS has already tried to cover up. There is clear influence at play. The second autopsy appears to have been manipulated. We have not yet fully examined the report.”

He further explained that the investigation so far reveals that statements have been changed multiple times, indicating that the report has been deliberately crafted to support the suicide narrative. “If it were a suicide, educated individuals like judges and lawyers would have called the police, taken photographs, and summoned a doctor from a nearby hospital,” he added.

Navnidhi Sharma emphasized, “This is a case of premeditated murder. The accused was on the run for ten days, and their mother (Accused No. 1) contacted several influential people. There are many facts at play. CCTV footage has been tampered with. We have not received answers to any of our questions. Our fight is only going to intensify.”

He criticized the CBI for ignoring angles and circumstances that should have been thoroughly investigated. “They have advanced the case based on the AIIMS report, which we believe is incorrect. We will challenge it and seek a re-investigation,” he stated.

Expressing dissatisfaction with the CBI investigation report, Twisha’s father remarked, “We did not expect such a reputable agency to proceed based solely on the AIIMS report while ignoring so much evidence. We hoped the CBI would delve into these facts to uncover the truth. We are not satisfied with the CBI’s investigation.”
