Deputy NSA Vikram Misri holds inaugural security dialogue in Japan

New Delhi, April 14 : Nearly a month after the India-Japan summit meeting between Prime Ministers Narendra Modi and Fumio Kishida, top security officials of the two sides met in Tokyo for the inaugural strategic and security dialogue. Indian Deputy National Security Advisor Vikram Misri was in Tokyo to hold talks with Assistant Chief Cabinet Secretary Takizaki Shigeki. The two sides discussed recent bilateral, regional and global developments and agreed to enhance ongoing security and defense cooperation, the Indian Embassy in Japan said. “Ambassador @VikramMisri, Deputy NSA met Mr. Takizaki Shigeki, Deputy SG, NSS, Japan for the inaugural strategic and security dialogue.
