Bhopal, May 13: The Congress party has encountered a significant setback in the home district of Hemant Khandelwal, the president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Madhya Pradesh. Neetu Parmar, the chairperson of the Mulati Municipality, along with her husband, has officially joined the BJP.
Khandelwal welcomed Neetu and her husband, Prahlad Singh Parmar, into the party by presenting them with the party’s insignia.
During the event, Khandelwal stated that Neetu Parmar was influenced by the BJP’s policies and the development initiatives led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the national level and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav in Madhya Pradesh.
He emphasized that the BJP is like a family, welcoming everyone. All party workers are committed to serving the public and elevating organizational efforts. Khandelwal criticized the Congress party, claiming it lacks space for dedicated workers who wish to serve the public. Under Modi’s leadership, he noted, the nation is consistently progressing, and the public is increasingly placing their trust in the BJP. The BJP organization aims to provide opportunities for those engaged in clean politics.
After joining the BJP, Neetu Parmar expressed her long-standing affiliation with the party, stating that she has worked as a grassroots worker for many years. She considers the BJP her family and aims to serve the devoted citizens of the Mulati Municipality more effectively through her renewed membership.
The event was also attended by District President Sudhakar Pawar, MLA Chandrashekhar Deshmukh, and District Minister Varsha Gadhekar.
