Congress Continues Attempts to Undermine the Nation, Says Bihar Minister Dilip Jayaswal

Patna, March 9: Bihar’s Industries Minister, Dilip Jayaswal, has criticized the opposition, particularly the Congress party, for what he describes as their ongoing efforts to destabilize the nation. He stated that while India is striving to strengthen its position in global diplomacy, Congress and other opposition parties are attempting to weaken both the government and the Constitution. Jayaswal expressed confidence that their intentions will never succeed.

Regarding the recent disrespect shown to the President by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Jayaswal condemned the TMC government’s behavior as a serious violation of the constitutional protocol. He emphasized that such actions are intolerable, as the President is regarded as the highest constitutional authority in the country.

On a lighter note, Jayaswal celebrated Team India’s recent victory in the T20 World Cup, noting the electric atmosphere during the match. He remarked that every citizen eagerly anticipated India’s win, praising the outstanding performances of players like Ishan and the overall team effort.

The nation erupted in celebration following Team India’s triumph. President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and several central ministers extended their congratulations to the team.

Team India clinched the T20 World Cup 2026 title, defeating New Zealand by 96 runs in the final held in Ahmedabad. This victory marks India’s third T20 World Cup title and makes it the first country to win the tournament on home soil. Chasing a daunting target of 256 runs, New Zealand was bowled out for 159 runs in just 19 overs.
