He stated that while India is striving to strengthen its position in global diplomacy, Congress and other opposition parties are attempting to weaken both the government and the Constitution. Jayaswal expressed confidence that their intentions will never succeed.
Regarding the recent disrespect shown to the President by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Jayaswal condemned the TMC government’s behavior as a serious violation of the constitutional protocol. He emphasized that such actions are intolerable, as the President is regarded as the highest constitutional authority in the country.
