CM Dhami Welcomes Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in Haldwani with Pride

Mumbai, March 21: Central Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is on a one-day visit to Haldwani district today, March 21. Upon his arrival in the Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami warmly welcomed him with a bouquet. Highlighting Uttarakhand’s significance as a land of sages, Dhami expressed pride in having a leader like Rajnath Singh visit the region.

At Pantnagar Airport, CM Dhami personally greeted Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, presenting him with flowers and sharing this special moment on social media platform X. He emphasized that Singh’s visit coincides with the completion of four years of the state government, marking it as a moment of pride.

Dhami stated, “I extend a heartfelt welcome and congratulations to our inspiration and the worshipper of Mother India, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, on his arrival in the spiritually rich land of Uttarakhand, known for its many sages.”

To commemorate the four-year anniversary of the Dhami government, a public meeting is being held at MB Inter College grounds in Haldwani. Both CM Dhami and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh have arrived at the event, where Singh is expected to address the gathering shortly. During the event, Dhami and other leaders will highlight the achievements of the government over the past four years.

After the program, Rajnath Singh will head to the Haldwani Army Helipad before returning to Pantnagar Airport and departing for Delhi.

Since taking charge on March 23, 2022, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has overseen rapid infrastructure development, enhanced tourism, and increased self-employment opportunities in the state, setting new benchmarks for progress.
