
Harda, October 9 (Daily Kiran) : Chief Minister Mohan Yadav presented land registry certificates to beneficiaries during an event in Harda district on Friday, October 9, 2026. This initiative falls under the property rights documentation scheme aimed at empowering rural residents. Among those honored were Nirbhay Das and Bhaiyalal from Gondagaon village, along with eight other beneficiaries who received their certificates.
During the event, CM Yadav emphasized the state government’s commitment to ensuring that every eligible rural citizen receives legal ownership of their land. He noted that the property rights scheme not only provides legal security but also enhances the economic standing of the villagers. With the issuance of these certificates, the value of their properties is expected to rise, enabling them to access government schemes more easily.
Beneficiaries expressed their happiness upon receiving the certificates, stating that having formal ownership of their land would facilitate easier access to bank loans. They also mentioned feeling more confident about undertaking construction and other activities on their land. The government’s initiative was praised for its positive impact on their lives.
The Chief Minister instructed the collector to expedite the registry process and assured that no punitive actions would be taken against officials executing government work. He clarified that the registry would be based solely on the information in the property rights documentation, with no new ownership determinations being made.
The event saw attendance from several dignitaries, including Union Minister of Tribal Affairs Durga Das Uike, former Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel, Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal, and various officials and representatives from the community.
