Los Angeles, April 6: The UCLA women’s basketball team received a warm homecoming on Sunday night, following their remarkable NCAA national championship victory.

AIR7 footage showcased the large crowd that gathered around the team bus as it arrived on campus after their significant win earlier that day. The Bruins were greeted with a hero’s welcome, celebrating their hard-earned achievement.

In the championship game, the Bruins showcased their dominance over South Carolina, clinching the title with a stunning 28-point victory. Gabriela Jaquez, Lauren Betts, and their fellow seniors made history by securing the first NCAA women’s basketball national championship for UCLA.

As the team buses approached the Mo Ostin Basketball Center, the excitement in the air was palpable. Fans erupted in cheers, celebrating the seniors who concluded their college careers on such a high note.

“I’m a second year, so I watched them last year, and I’m just really proud of how far they made it this year. This is amazing,” expressed one enthusiastic fan.
