BJPs Vinod Tawde Calls 2027 Elections a Chance to Strengthen Indias Development Commitment

Vinod Tawde emphasizes the importance of the 2027 elections for Indias development, urging BJP workers to aim for a historic victory.

Lucknow, October 30 (Daily Kiran) : Vinod Tawde, the National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and in charge of Uttar Pradesh, has stated that the 2027 assembly elections are not merely about forming a government in the state. Instead, they represent a significant opportunity to reinforce India’s commitment to development. Speaking at a BJP state working committee meeting in Lucknow, Tawde highlighted that the path to Delhi passes through Lucknow, making a substantial victory for the BJP in Uttar Pradesh essential. He urged party workers to mobilize at the booth level to replicate the impressive achievement of winning 312 seats in 2017.

During his address, Tawde paid tribute to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, noting the crucial role Uttar Pradesh plays in shaping the future of the nation. He asserted that a significant win for the BJP in 2027 would bolster the country’s development agenda.

Tawde also targeted the Samajwadi Party, referencing the satirical work “Sheep and Wolves” by renowned humorist Harishankar Parsai. He criticized the party for attempting to rebrand itself with new promises while maintaining its old character, which the public has already witnessed before 2017. He encouraged party workers to highlight the improvements in law and order, development, and welfare during Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s tenure compared to the previous Samajwadi government.

Reflecting on the BJP’s past success, he reminded attendees that despite being in opposition in 2017, the party managed to secure 312 assembly seats. He emphasized that the achievements of both the central and state governments provide a strong foundation to repeat that historic performance. Effective micro-management at the booth level, outreach to households, and the successful implementation of organizational plans are crucial.

Tawde pointed out that the BJP’s initiatives extend beyond mere statistics; they are transforming the lives of the poor, farmers, and needy families. He mentioned the Chief Minister’s Mass Marriage Scheme and the Prime Minister’s Kisan Samman Nidhi, urging workers to share real stories of beneficiaries whose lives have changed due to these programs.

Recalling the legacy of the late Pramod Mahajan, Tawde reiterated the BJP’s mission to bring development to every underprivileged household. He stressed that the dedication, hard work, and unity of the party’s workers are its greatest strengths.

He concluded by referencing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s message, “We Will Do It,” encouraging workers to return to their respective areas with renewed commitment. Tawde expressed confidence that with collective efforts and organizational strength, the BJP would successfully replicate its 2017 victory in the upcoming elections.
