BJP Criticizes Rahul Gandhi for Silence on Pilots Heroism

Patna, October 4 (Daily Kiran) : Dr. Ajay Alok, the national spokesperson for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has launched a direct attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi concerning the recent incident involving Indian pilot Captain Smita Machhar in Israel. Alok questioned why Gandhi has not expressed any words of appreciation for the pilot, who saved the lives of 174 passengers by preventing a potential disaster.

Alok emphasized the gravity of the situation, suggesting that there was an attempt to replicate a 9/11-like incident. “Does Rahul Gandhi want to see another 9/11 in Israel? Was he pleased with the original 9/11? Captain Machhar displayed exceptional bravery by saving 174 lives and averting a crash, yet there has been no acknowledgment from him,” Alok stated.

In response to the planned visit of Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav to Ayodhya on October 8, Alok welcomed the move. He suggested that Yadav should visit the site of Ram Lalla, express remorse, and admit past mistakes regarding his father’s orders against the kar sevaks. “We hope that Ram Lalla will forgive him,” he added.

Central Minister Prahlad Joshi addressed the ongoing drought conditions in Karnataka, asserting that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the government is striving to assist all states effectively. He noted that within ten days, a team led by Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has been dispatched to meet with the Chief Minister and senior officials to assess the situation.
