Bihar Minister Supports Traders Concerns Ahead of Diwali Rally

Bihars Ramkripal Yadav backs traders plea against a pre-Diwali rally, emphasizing the potential economic impact on local businesses.

Patna, October 25 (Daily Kiran) : Bihar Minister Ramkripal Yadav has voiced support for traders’ concerns regarding a proposed rally by the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDI) ahead of Diwali. Speaking in Patna, he urged the opposition to understand the impact such events could have on local businesses.

Yadav emphasized that many small and large traders rely on the bustling business environment around Connaught Place and Ram Leela Maidan during the festive season. With Diwali, Chhath, and other festivals approaching, he expressed that traders would face significant disruptions due to the rally.

He predicted low attendance at the event but highlighted that the mere organization of the rally could create unnecessary challenges for businesses. Yadav suggested postponing the rally to alleviate traders’ concerns.

Regarding the opposition’s announcement of a ‘Jan Mahabhoj’ against the Chief Election Commissioner, Yadav dismissed their claims. He stated that the Election Commission operates within constitutional boundaries and that the opposition, led by Rahul Gandhi, aims to create chaos in the country. He accused them of acting against national interests and suggested they were collaborating with foreign entities to destabilize the nation. Yadav reassured that the public stands firmly behind Prime Minister Modi, now and in the future.
