Ayodhya Saints Condemn Opposition Leaders for Alleged Insults to Hindu Symbols

Ayodhya, August 2: Saints from Ayodhya have expressed strong disapproval regarding the FIR filed against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Samajwadi Party’s Awadhesh Prasad, and independent MP Pappu Yadav in Varanasi. They asserted that disrespect towards Sanatan, the saffron color, and Lord Ram is both inexcusable and punishable. The opposition members have committed a heinous act, and strict action should be taken against them.

Speaking to a news agency, Jagadguru Paramhans Acharya, the head of Tapasvi Chhauni, stated, “For the first time, opposition MPs have insulted Sanatan, the saffron color, and Lord Shri Ram within the premises of Parliament. This is inexcusable and punishable. Saints in Varanasi have registered an FIR against Rahul Gandhi, Pappu Yadav, and Awadhesh Prasad. Those involved in this act should also face punitive measures.”

He further questioned the message opposition members are sending to their followers, asking, “Do they want to create chaos in the country? When the Supreme Court has formed an SIT and an investigation is underway, committing such a heinous act shows a lack of faith in the judiciary. I demand strict action against the opposition MPs.”

Satyendra Das Vedanti remarked, “Rahul Gandhi and Pappu Yadav, along with other opposition members, follow a dual policy. Such individuals should be imprisoned and given severe punishment.”

Saint Kalki Ram stated that Pappu Yadav has a criminal background, having faced multiple charges and served time in jail. He emphasized that Yadav should focus on his duties and raise issues pertinent to the constituents who elected him. “Who gave you the right to disrespect a place you have no faith in?” he questioned.

He added, “You sit in Parliament and insult the saffron color. You wouldn’t dare to do this while wearing green or a cap.”

Meanwhile, Kalki Ram mentioned that while an FIR has been filed in Varanasi, those who commit similar acts in Ayodhya during the upcoming Amavasya will face consequences.
