Anupamaa’s Bold Dialogue Creates Buzz as Fans Compare Rupali Ganguly to Salman Khan

Star Plus’s popular show ‘Anupamaa’ continues to dominate TRP charts and remains a favourite among viewers. The serial, known for its focus on family drama and women’s empowerment, has recently sparked a wave of discussion on social media.

In a recent episode, Rupali Ganguly, who plays Anupamaa, delivered a powerful dialogue that startled audiences. The intense and assertive tone of her words led many fans to draw comparisons between her and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

Rupali shared a clip from the episode on her Instagram, where Anupamaa, usually calm and composed, appears fiercely determined. She declares, “I will hit you, holding you by your braid, dragging you through the market. I will twist and turn you, knock you down repeatedly, chase you, and even hit you with wet shoes. And if I get tired, I will strike you with my words. I will hit you so much that even the pain will be confused about which bone or injury to focus on.”

This intense portrayal of Anupamaa’s anger surprised fans, prompting many to label her the “Salman Khan of television.” However, Rupali herself commented, “I don’t think Anupamaa can be the Salman Khan of the TV industry because her life has a lot of pain.” Meanwhile, social media users have started creating memes based on this new dialogue, adding to the show’s popularity.

Earlier, Anupamaa’s iconic line, “I will roam, dance, sing, laugh, play, go out alone or with someone, whenever and however I want, what’s it to you?” had also inspired numerous reels and memes, including a humorous take by actress Jahnvi Kapoor. The dialogue was even remixed into a song, highlighting the character’s growing cultural impact.

Currently, the show features a tense conflict between Anupamaa and Rajni, who repeatedly targets her. In a twist, Rajni’s attempt to teach Anupamaa a lesson backfires tragically, resulting in the death of her own daughter, Prerana. A fire breaks out in Anupamaa’s colony, involving both women and leading to this heartbreaking loss.

This dramatic development has further intensified viewer interest, while the show continues to provide fresh content for social media engagement through its memorable dialogues and compelling storyline.
