Amaravati, October 4 (Daily Kiran) : The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced a significant recruitment drive, offering 163 positions across various categories in Group-I services. This official notification comes as a golden opportunity for job seekers in the state.
Among the available positions are 11 Deputy Collectors in the Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (Executive Branch), 14 Assistant Commissioners of State Tax, and 36 Deputy Superintendents of Police (Civil) in Category-II. Other roles include 3 DSPs in Communications, 14 District Educational Officers, and various other posts across the state’s services, including transport and tribal welfare.
The online application process will commence on October 6 and will remain open until October 27. Interested candidates can complete their registration on the APPSC’s official website once the application link becomes active.
To qualify for these roles, candidates must possess a graduation degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution, with specific qualifications required for certain positions, such as a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Selection will be based on a screening test (preliminary, objective type), a main exam (descriptive type), interviews, and a final merit list. Successful candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging from ₹54,060 to ₹1,54,980, depending on the position.
