Ghaziabad, October 7 (Daily Kiran) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public service has reached a significant milestone of 25 years, a journey celebrated by Acharya Pramod Krishnam in Ghaziabad on October 7. Krishnam acknowledged the transformative changes India has experienced under Modi’s leadership since he took office as the Chief Minister of Gujarat on October 7, 2001, and subsequently became Prime Minister in 2014.
In an interview, Krishnam reflected on historical figures like Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi, stating, “While we did not see Nehru, we read and heard about him. We did see Indira Gandhi. These 25 years of Narendra Modi represent a new chapter in the history of Indian democracy.”
He emphasized that during Modi’s tenure, India has shifted its position in international politics. Previously compared to countries like Pakistan, India is now viewed alongside major powers such as China, Russia, and the United States.
Krishnam also highlighted the global discourse surrounding issues related to Sanatan Dharma during Modi’s administration. He mentioned significant religious sites such as Shri Kalki Dham, Kumbh, Mahakumbh, and revered locations like Rameshwaram, Somnath, and Kedarnath, stating that these cultural themes have strengthened India’s identity on the world stage.
Touching upon national unity, he referred to the abrogation of Article 370 and the patriotic sentiments expressed at Lal Chowk in Kashmir. Krishnam asserted that Modi’s public service extends beyond Gujarat, dedicating his life to the nation and its people.
Wishing Modi a happy 25th anniversary in public service, he likened it to a silver jubilee. He expressed hope for Modi’s continued health and service to the country, anticipating a golden jubilee celebration in the future.
Krishnam also reacted to Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi‘s protest outside All India Radio, critiquing Rahul Gandhi’s protest tactics. He stated, “Rahul Gandhi has become an expert in demonstrations. He should keep practicing until 2047.” He attributed the Congress party’s decline to Rahul Gandhi’s leadership.
