Weather Changes in Madhya Pradesh, Cold Expected to Rise

Bhopal, February 2: Weather changes in Madhya Pradesh are becoming evident as clouds cover the sky and fog appears in several areas. Rain is expected in the coming days, which may lead to a drop in temperatures and a rise in cold conditions across the state.

Recently, temperatures rose, with minimum levels crossing 10 degrees Celsius in most parts of the state. However, changes are anticipated because of snowfall and rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir and nearby hilly regions.

The weather department predicts rain in 25 districts including Gwalior, Rewa, and Sagar. Fog has been observed in the early mornings in some areas, and rainfall was recorded at certain places on Monday morning.

Within the next 24 hours, districts such as Gwalior, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Agar-Malwa, Rajgarh, Vidisha, Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Datia, Sheopur, Morena, Bhind, Sagar, Damoh, Niwari, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, Panna, Satna, Maihar, Rewa, Mauganj, Sidhi, and Singrauli may experience rain. Additionally, fog could affect Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Vidisha, Raisen, and Sehore, among others.

Experts say light rain during this season benefits crops, but heavy rainfall might cause damage. Recent rain and hail in several parts of the state have already caused significant harm to crops.
