Vivo X300 FE and X200T Get BIS Certification Ahead of India Launch

Two new Vivo smartphones, the Vivo X300 FE and Vivo X200T, have received certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), signalling their imminent launch in India. These certifications were granted on December 31, 2025, following earlier approvals for other Vivo models in December.

The Vivo X300 FE carries the model number V237, while the Vivo X200T is identified as V2561. Both devices were also recently listed on the Bluetooth SIG database, confirming their connectivity credentials and upcoming release.

Earlier, BIS had certified four Vivo models including the Vivo V70 (V2538), Vivo V70 Elite (V2548), Vivo T5x (V2545), and Vivo Y51 (V2544), indicating a broader product rollout planned by Vivo in the near future.

Regarding specifications, the Vivo X300 FE is expected to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which debuted in China in December 2025. This model features a 6.31-inch OLED LTPO 1.5K display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It is equipped with a large 6,500mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The camera setup includes a 50-megapixel front shooter and a triple rear camera array comprising a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel 3x periscope telephoto lens.

The Vivo X200T is likely a rebranded Vivo X200s, launched in China in April 2025. It offers a similar 6.31-inch OLED LTPO 1.5K 120Hz display and is powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus processor. The device houses a 6,200mAh battery with fast charging capabilities of 90W wired and 40W wireless. Camera specifications include a 50-megapixel front camera and a triple rear camera setup with three 50-megapixel sensors, including a periscope lens.

Price expectations suggest the Vivo X300 FE could be launched at around Rs 60,000, while the Vivo X200T may be priced near Rs 55,000 and could be available exclusively online. Although there is no confirmed launch date for the X300 FE, it may arrive by late January or February 2026, following Vivo’s typical six-month release cycle.
