Katihar, April 5: Violence erupted in the Katihar district of Bihar after the death of an accused, Rajesh Yadav, at the Falka police station. Angry locals attacked police officers, even seizing a police rifle in the chaos.
The unrest began when rumors spread that Rajesh Kumar had died in police custody. This led to a gathering of people at the police station, where they confronted the officers.
